I'm a Level 3 trained IFS practitioner.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on understanding and working with the different parts, or subpersonalities, within an individual. IFS therapy aims to help individuals understand and work with these different parts in order to heal from past traumas and negative patterns in a way that is non-judgmental and compassionate .The main goal of IFS therapy is to help individuals understand and transform their inner reality, so they can create positive change in their lives and find inner peace and fulfillment.

My therapy approach incorporates the teachings of Teal Swan, a spiritual teacher and an author, to help individuals understand and heal from past traumas that result in negative patterns. Teal's ability to break down complex ideas into simple and down to earth concepts is complementing IFS in a beautiful manner.

Psychedelic integration helps individuals process and integrate their experiences using psychedelics, such as LSD, psilocybin, and ayahuasca. I assist individuals in understanding and integrating the insights and perspectives gained from their psychedelic, or other mind altering substances, experiences into their daily lives.

Non-Violent Communication

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a

tool that focuses on helping individuals develop the skills to communicate in a way that is more effective, empathetic, and compassionate. NVC aims to help individuals understand and express their own needs and feelings, as well as to understand and empathize with the needs and feelings of others.

Authentic Dating Expert

A unique approach that focuses on helping individuals connect with their authentic selves and inner parts in order to find healthy and authentic connections in their dating life. Unlike mainstream dating coaching, which often focuses on superficial tactics for attracting a partner, my approach delves deeper into the individual's inner world and emotional landscape.

In Person

In-person sessions can provide a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who may be dealing with sensitive or personal issues that they may not feel comfortable discussing over the phone or online.

Online

Telehealth offers a lot of flexibility and convenience, allowing clients to access therapy from any location and at any time. It is particularly useful for those who have mobility issues, live in remote areas, or have busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person therapy sessions.

24/7 Support

24/7 availability via text for consultation and support in between sessions included. I love assisting my clients to selfheal and evolve beyond our weekly sessions as well, so I'll recommend some material to see and read for the clients particular needs.

Pricing & Introductory Session

I provide sessions at a rate of $200 hour, with an introductory session of 90 minutes available for only $220. As an added benefit, I offer 24/7 text messaging support between sessions, allowing to reach out anytime for assistance. If you're looking for a package deal, discounts are available. If my fees are outside your budget, I can refer you to a qualified IFS practitioner I supervise, who offers services at half the cost.
